2018.01.18 School Yard Improvement Project Meeting
Updated: Jan 22, 2018
Thank you to those who came out for our kick off meeting January 18th!
Our first meeting a huge success and the project is now underway! The Victoria Public School Council welcomes students, teachers, parents & community members to join our small, but mighty team!
Meeting topics were as follows:
Project Goals & Ideas
Building our Toolkit
Project Goals - What is a goal?
goals are the large statements of what you hope to accomplish
goals are not always measurable in the project's lifetime
goals are the setting for what you are proposing
a goal statement answers the question: "What does the organization hope to accomplish?"
Our team was able to identify both over-arching and specific project goals. These goals will be a good reference point for our project as it moves forward.
